Captain Kevin Quaranta, the man behind the helm of this charter, is a USCG-licensed native of Cape San Blas, Florida. He runs a first-class guide service that offers anglers of all skill levels a professional and exciting fishing experience.
Capt. Kevin runs his trips out of Port St. Joe and explores the productive, plentiful waters of the Florida Panhandle area, including Apalachicola, Indian Pass, Cape San Blas, and East Bay. Here, you’ll find prized species such as Speckled Seatrout, Redfish, Spanish Mackerel, Flounder, Pompano, Tripletail, and even the mighty “Silver King”! (Tarpon).
Your captain prides himself on providing angling adventures that involve much more than simply putting your rod in its hole, and waiting for the fish to bite. He’ll make sure you have plenty of hands-on action, and is more than happy to introduce newbies to various techniques, including fly fishing.
If you simply want to appreciate the beauty of the Gulf County from the bay and its estuaries, your captain offers eco-tours that will let you take part in some light fishing, sightseeing, and making memories amid the natural beauty that you’ll find here.
Your adventure will take place on board your captain’s 21’ Angler, perfectly built to cruise Port St. Joe’s many flats and shallow, skinny inshore waters with up to 6 guests. You’ll find life jackets on board, as well as a cooler for your catch.
You’ll be provided with both conventional spinning gear and fly fishing equipment, as well as bait, tackle, and your fishing license. All you need to do is come aboard Port St.Joe Charters for an unforgettable Floridian adventure!

Come target the productive bite on this adventure, which can be scheduled for morning or afternoon! Capt. Kevin will take you fishing on the flats, where you'll use artificial bait to hook target species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Pompano, and Tripletail. Anglers of all skill levels are welcome on this trip, and your captain will make sure that you have a truly hands-on experience. Your fishing gear will be provided, as well as your license, so just bring along snacks and drinks! Want to fly fish? This gear will be provided, too. 4 hour, 6 people max

FULL DAY INSHORE TRIP
This trip is a great way for newbies and seasoned anglers alike to experience the best that Port St. Joe's waters have to offer! You'll be fishing on the flats using artificial baits to try and tempt target species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Pompano, and Tripletail. You can choose to cast off using conventional spinning gear or fly fishing equipment. If you're new to fly fishing, Capt. Kevin will happily show you the ropes. All equipment will be provided, as well as your fishing license. 8 hours, 4 people maximum

1/2 DAY TARPON TRIP
It's time to come bow to the "Silver King"! Capt. Kevin loves being out on the water in search of a big fight, so join him on this morning adventure for the chance to catch one of these incredible fish. Fly fishing or conventional spinning gear can be provided for you free of charge, as well as all bait and tackle, and the angling action will take place in the bay or nearshore. 4 hours, 2 people max.

FULL DAY TARPON TRIP
What could be better than spending a full day on the water, battling the mighty "Silver King"? Capt. Kevin will take you to his favorite hot-spots either in the bay or nearshore. You'll be able to try out fly fishing or conventional spinning gear in order to catch one of these incredible fish! Capt. Kevin will provide all the gear for you, as well as bait, tackle, and plenty of helpful tips and tricks. 8 hour, 2 people max.
